{ e.motion in: motion; } began in December 2008. I created this blog after not being able to find many beauty product reviews that were detailed and thorough enough for my liking. So I figured, "Why not start writing my own blog and doing reviews the way I'd like to see them?" ...And that's what sparked my journey into the beauty blogging world!
However, a few months after I began writing; due to some unfortunate circumstances, ALL of my blog posts were deleted. Over 100 product reviews, tutorials, etc. were lost, so I had to start from scratch. And here I am today! I strive to provide the most detailed, honest, interesting and informative reviews possible in an easy-to-read format; with high quality pictures/swatches.

***Please note: my older reviews (~2008-early '09) are not as detailed and organized as they are now, and they are also lacking pictures / swatches. Since then, I have been working towards writing more thorough, extensive, and helpful reviews. I occasionally do "revisit" products and update on my experiences with them, so my views on some products are subject to change.
The name { e.motion in: motion; } is just I phrase I happen to be fond of, and I think showcases quite well what I blog about: my passions and interests -- My emotions, in motion! A bit cheesy, I know. It also shows a bit of my love for css coding. You can read the full story here. Graphic and web design is a hobby of mine, so I created the graphics and coded this layout myself.
Through the world of beauty blogging, I have gained so much knowledge and ideas, had opportunities to try out new products, as well as made many friendships... and I am very grateful for that : ) Thank you for visiting my blog, and I hope you enjoyed your stay!
