EOTD/FOTD Feat. Rimmel Eye Glam e/s: Smoky Charcoal-Brown + a Pop of Teal!

Hello loves! Just wanted to share a look I did the other day. I wanted to test out the Rimmel Glam Eyes eyeshadows I recently posted about. Sadly, they are a lot more powdery and not as intensely pigmented on my eyes VS when I swatched them on my hand :( They are still decent though. Not the worst I've tried, and they were inexpensive so I can't complaing TOO much :P

I also decided to pull out my Sephora Collector's Edition Palette, since I haven't got to play around with it much yet. So I decided to go simple and add a pop of color below my lashline, to match my shirt : ) I have to say I am really happy with this palette. The shadows are a lot more pigmented and smooth than my Sephora Color Play Palette, which after awhile has lost its pigmentation and turned chalky. I hope that doesn't happen with this palette!

EOTD: subtle smokey eye

Decided to finally document a look I do often... a basic, subtle smokey eye. Atm, one of my eyelids still has more creases than the other (the left eye in the pic) so it's a little irritating to apply e/s ><

I don't use brushes to apply my eyemakeup, I use sponge tip applicators. However, I do use a brush to apply highlight colors below the brow and for blending harsh edges. It's just easier for me. This is the basic way I apply any e/s. Like I mentioned, I don't like going too far above my crease and I don't like using too much color. Since I normally wear glasses, I don't make a big deal with blending and such. So looking at my naked eyes = EW xD lol.

What I used:
- Geo circle lenses in Angel brown
- Eyeko cream as an e/s base
- Sheer, shimmery silver color from Sephora Color Play Palette as a highlight
- Matte, medium dark gray (drugstore) e/s on lids and above crease
- Matte, black e/s from Sephora Color Play Palette on inner & outer corner of lid only
- NYX felt tip liquid eyeliner on top & bottom outer lashline
- Rimmel Exaggerate black pencil eyeliner for tightlining
- Light dusting of EDM powder e/s in "Frost bitten" in crease
